- Which route/airline did you book and which class?

FRA-ICN-SYD // SYD-BKK-FRA all in Y. Why do I post here? Because I wanted C but there was none

- How many pax and how many award miles?

1 X 100,000 miles

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?

2.5 months

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?

Part of the problem: The dates were almost none flexible.

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?

Very frustrating. Cape Town agent had no idea and after I wanted to talk to the supervisor she just let me hang in the queue for 10 minutes before I hung up. Berlin then was much better.
Another frustrating part was that the ANA tool showed availability (in Y) on some SQ flights but LH was not able to book them.
In contrast, the tool was showing no availability in C & Y on an LH flight but the agent could see availability.
