Thanks for the link. This incident happened in 2004 and he didn't have an attorney representing him. I may not be able to read this correctly; it appears that the cases didn't go to trial, but were settled, so I am unsure if he was convicted on all counts.
The cases may have both been plea bargained, or he could have been convicted of both. It was a few years ago, so I do not remember the outcome. Considering his lengthy history, hopefully it lead to some jail time, but not likely because they were both minor misdemeanors.
