That's more or less what I said.
Except the issue with their phone number. They didn't shut down their phone line, it fell down(crashed), and it wasn't for three days straight. By the way I don't think any airline has the capacity to handle one call from half of their pax scheduled to fly on any given day much less close to every pax booked.
