Yes the SQ flight arrives early morning (I think around 6am IIRC but should show on her itin anyway) so that's not a particularily long connection given the need to change terminals and that security will be quite busy around that time. Luckily she'll be one of the first off so should avoid the queue at immigration. There are frequent flights to GLA so if she did miss it or if SQ is late it should be fairly straightforward to get on the next one.
There is no business class MAN-GLA (airplane will be in an all Y config) but given that she's on a J RTW ticket I'd expect her to be booked into full fare Y (her itin would show this I'd expect). This is the only booking code that will get her lounge access on that flight if she doesn't have status.
