It's definitely logistically possible, a 10:00 ferry from Macau would probably arrive at HKIA by 10:45 the latest, and it's usually pretty easy checking bags, clearing security and taking the bus to the main terminal.

But I think they can be strict about the minimum connection time -- what's posted on the Turbojet website?

But if they do deny you at check-in (which I think closes 30 minutes prior to departure anyway), you should still have enough time to hop the next ferry to Central, and then taxi/walk to the Airport Express check-in desks. It'll just be a little more hectic.
