- Which route/airline did you book and which class?

1. POZ-FRA-MEX-CUN-MEX-FRA-POZ
2. POZ-FRA-MEX-FRA-POZ (Companion Award)

POZ-FRA-POZ on LO C
FRA-MEX-FRA on LH F
MEX-CUN-MEX on MX C

- How many pax and how many award miles?

Two pax - one SEN and one companion - 160,000+80,000 miles

I still need to book MEX-CUN-MEX on MX for 1 companion but it's 750 USD including taxes so I decided not to burn my miles on that (35,000 miles)

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?

20 days

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?

My dates were quite flexible in +/- 7 days window and fortunately I find availability on one of the last days.

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?

I was waiting till qualify as SEN to book my trip so I was checking availability quite frequently before. I was also looking for best routing to get to CUN from Poland.

When my account went to SEN, I call Polish MAM office to try booking with certain dates. It was my first time with award booking. With my first call I wasn't sure about some rules and I couldn't book the dates I planned, so I had to rethink my dates.

With second call I was waitlisted on one of the flights. I wasn't happy with the experience as I couldn't booked Companion Award as described on this forum only for qualifying segments with fully-integrated airlines. Two people working for the office weren't very helpful.

That was the reason I decided to contact Runabout and ask him for help. On Monday I received call back from him and with his advice, patience and expertise, we were able to book the best possible routing and price (in miles).

Thanks to Runabout's help and this board I am reading for one year now I was able to get most of miles I collected and plan my holiday on F-cabin for the first time So thank you very much to all Flyertalkers and special thanks to Runabout.
