Many years ago, I visited friends in Sydney and for breakfast the first day, they served me a big plate of toast with Vegemite. Yuck! I choked down almost an entire piece and then gave up on trying to be a gracious guest and told them I just couldn't eat any more of it. They were impressed I ate more than one bite - apparently they hadn't expected me to even try it.
I think the only thing that I will not eat under any circumstances is eggs. I can tolerate them hard boiled, but won't touch them scrambled, omlette, even French toast... even the smell makes me nauseous.
