I'm extremely frustrated. I can't get through to any of the "itn.net" portions of the United web site, and it's been this way for three days now. I can get on to either united.com or ual.com fine, and I can even see portions of My Itineraries, but shop for flights or mileage plus functions are all dead. Broken links...

I've cleared my cache, cleared cookies, done all that, and still...nada.

Anyone have any ideas?
