I happened to drive by the IAD Exxon today and the price was $4.119 for unleaded regular. I filled up today at the Exxon at the corner of McLearen Rd. and Centreville Rd. in Herndon today for the exact same price. I drove by the Exxon near Target on Sunset Hills Rd. in Reston and it was $4.099. I know it's only a couple of data points, but the IAD Exxon prices seem reasonable to me. I'm rarely in Centreville or Chantilly so I can't compare against those areas.
