When you compare rates you get one place against another place you have to compare the rates you get on the same exact day.
I am talking about the same day. I pass banks and change house in some of the Skytrain stations, or on Sukhumvit, and will see one that shows 32.10 while the other shows 31.95, all for the same denominations.
