What is your definition of the DC area? If you include the suburbs not directly by DC, there are several other properties that have a lounge and are category 4.

They include:
(in Virginia)
Tysons Corner Marriott, Fairview Park Marriott, Washington Dulles Airport Marriott, and Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks (category 3)
(in Maryland)
Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, Bethesda Marriott, and Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center
