That would work out to $0.0112 which is pretty cheap per mile.

I have purchased similar deals here in the UAE. The way I see it is this. You are buying a voucher for a plane ticket to a destination which requires 35,000 miles. If the destination would cost around $400 or more buy simply buying a normal ticket, then this is certainly a good deal, since I pay less, and also get a free phone !!
