If you upgrade to J on SAA, you will have access to whatever lounge SAA uses at IAD. Unless that lounge is the Red Carpet Club, that lounge will be better than the WorldClub.

Are you returning thru IAD and/or have any other travel planned for 60 days after your departure? If so, then the 60 day trial membership at $85 is probably a better bet:
