This is easily the greatest post I've read on the United forum.
I personally know several UA employees who have been laid off. Having been laid off last year myself, I know that it is easy to feel hatred and bitterness to your former company and even the customers of that company. These angels did just the opposite.

This is truly an outstanding story.
