Unfortunately I've no experience with this one as I'm not into sushi etc, but it looks good from the outside. Another possibility: Many hotels accept outside guests with advance reservation in their a-la-carte restaurants. As you have the Oberoi, the Maritime and the Plantation in the vicinity of the GM, that could be worth a try.
