I suppose you'll be flying in on JL; if you fly on a domestic NH flight afterwards then you'll have to move to a different terminal building on a shuttle bus (about 10 minutes), similar to what was written in the previous posts.

Thanks for the quick reply (and the welcome). I'm flying in on JL (code share with AA), and yes, the connection is on NH (now that I've figured out that that's the same as ANA).
I'm trying to get straight to Okinawa Naha; there's a direct flight out of NRT at 5:45; a flight at 5:55 from NRT that connects through Itami; and direct flights at 7:55 (JL) or 8:00 (NH) out of Haneda. If the 15-minute check-in is true at Haneda, too, then might I be able to get across town (in Monday rush hour traffic? perhaps by train?) in time for one of those flights?
