dwachtell, should be no problem at all. Check-in up to 15 minutes before departure on Japan domestic flights is still typical.

I suppose you'll be flying in on JL; if you fly on a domestic NH flight afterwards then you'll have to move to a different terminal building on a shuttle bus (about 10 minutes), similar to what was written in the previous posts.
