Call Mileage Plus. They will request your HHonors number. The miles will be deducted immediately. Official answer is 4-6 weeks to make the transfer. There is a thread in the Hilton forum, iirc, that discusses the time in transit and it appears to take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
