The reciprocity fee for Canada is $132US - just paid it 3 weeks ago. I personally really enjoyed the food in Santiago although I pretty much confined my better dining to dinner and seafood for the most part. Lunches were mostly working. Although given the fares quoted for cabs to the airport, I got ripped off by the hotel. Although should have enough Spanish by next time to minimize this problem.
