Hmm...

I seem to remember a "defence" that someone mentioned when a POS sits down next to you that involves safety. Couldn't find it on search.

Does anyone know if it is a valid complaint to say that b/c the POS makes compromises your safety (I think the example was that you cannot assume the crash position because they are overflowing into you) that it is a valid reason to be moved?? Curious.
