I can answer 2 and 3.

2. SQ checks in at the eastern end of the international departures hall (to the left of Qantas premium check in when facing the terminal from the drop-off road), somewhere in the vicinity of counters 84ish. Express clearance for premium pax on SQ286 is at the easternmost end of that hall, ie by counter 94. Upstairs, use the NZCS pre-cleared lane to the left of the main entrance to immigration.

3. SQ business gets you entry into the Air New Zealand lounge.

I could make a guess at 1 and 4 but they would only be guesses, so someone else will probably be able to chip in with exact knowledge.
