I would suggest the LHR-LCA because of the 767 and the LHR facilities, subject to any other preferences like time, cost, departure airport etc... You might get some IFE.......

The seats are 2-2-2 in CE, with a gap between the 2 middle seats.

Hopefully these slots for the Med will improve next year as the MLA times are equally bad and not conducive to business travel.
