Booked HAM-VIE(OS)-NRT(NZ)-AKL(NZ)-RAR(NZ)-AKL(NZ)-NRT(NH)-LHR-HAM in C.
layover in AKL, destination is RAR. 20h layover in NRT.

How many pax and how many award miles?
1 person, 160,000 miles

How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?
8-9 months

Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
I was flexible but found availability within a two day range.

Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?

I check via the ANA website ahead and it took the LH agent 10 minutes to find the flights I wanted and validate the award. I called a second time to confirm and book the award. During the second call I was able to reserve seats on all but one flight.
Mailed LH afterwards as the overall experience was very good.
