I'm likely to be clocking up around 35k miles over the next year. At the moment, I'm DC Blue Plus. I realise this will see me through to silver, then I have to start on the 38k required for Gold. Is there not a quicker way, to go with AC Aeroplan, say, and get onto Gold there (35k I think), then comp on BD? Can this be done? Just seems like a waste to have to go through Silver first. And I don't think I'll reach another 38k after reaching silver.
