Not likely!
Usually 3:30 or 4:30 on a Sunday. The former is out of hours and the latter is in, but never noticed. Is there any indication? I know where "mobile users" and "special services" are but never noticed them looking open. The lines seem to move fairly well in any case.
For anyone who's seen these at YYZ (transborder or domestic) is there a sign saying "priority security this way" or is it hidden under something else (like YUL)?

I saw it for the first time at the US transborder yesterday. I had not yet read the invitation letter so was surprised to see it. The lane is in the middle and has big signs and a carpet leading into it. It is branded completely with the Amex Platinum logo and does not say anything about Aeroplan Status levels. With the branding, I wasn't certain that I could use as an SE and asked and they confirmed that it was definitely for me. It was not busy at security, but I was the only one in the priority line.
