Breakfast: small glass of pomegranate juice, half a toasted bagel with heirloom tomato. Pot of English breakfast tea.
Lunch: leftover lemon-pepper skinless 1/2 chicken breast and iced tea.
Dinner: Vodka Martini, then went to hell in my fave local Italian Restaurant and had pasta with lobster, shrimp and 2 glasses of Prosecco.

I'm happy.
Thankfully, snacking and noshing is not appealing to me, so I don't eat between meals.
