The apartments are a much better deal for four people than the hotels, especially if you like to cook. I would caution you though that even the big ones that sleep 6 are really set up for parents in a bedroom, with other single beds scattered through the apartments for their children. I would recommend getting one of the 6 or 7 bed duplex (two floor) apartments, they will cost more but are worth it if you factor in privacy. Even then only one couple gets a private bedroom.

The two apartment buildings located farther back (Corinto & Tebas) are quieter than the two in front (Atenas & Esparta), since the nightclubs are just in front of the apartments. Its not so bad though, the music only goes from 2 am till 7 am! Also if you are not on the Argentine sleep schedule (going to sleep at 6 am) the duplexes on the top floor (which cost more) have less comings and goings in the halls than the bottom floor duplexes.
