If you have a lap-child you will be asked to fill out a lap-chilf slip, it's just a multi-part carbon-copy slip with the child/parent's information on it. The agent will keep one copy and the yellow copy should be handed out to the flight attendant so that we know how to account for your little one! Only you will have an actual boarding pass.
