So, assuming you have an hour after landing to get there (in reality it would probably take around 30-45min), that still gives you a good 3 hours in the museum, which is more than enough.
Where'd you get that from?

The website from which it appears you've cut and pasted says that the extended hours are for the National Mall building but does not mention the Udvar-Hazy having extended hours.
