While I have not personally had it, my wife got one the weekend we got engaged...some 8+ years ago now...whenever we go back to phoenix/scottsdale, she will make the drive just for that treatment...she is a spa junkie and still says they do the hot rock massage the best...

For me, it was the couples massage and body scrub at he Four Seasons Jimbaran bay in Bali...nothing like standing but naked with your spouse having two attractive balinese women "scrub" your body down then cover you in warm yogurt and rinse you off...I think there is a reason they send you off to the "private tub" area immediately afterwards...
