As I recently broke my ankle and am on crutches, my 'dining' has been somewhat curtailed! (Hubby isn't any help at all

). So my meal days are generally-
Breakfast- glass of oj
Lunch- diet soda
Snacks- diet lemonade, or other juice
Dinner- something small/ easy to cook that I can make standing at the stove then eat at the counter nearby (small burger, 1/2 strip steak, chicken breast with a small salad).
Needless to say, this is a great diet, and I've lost weight, although how much I can't tell as my cast weigh's a ton! (PS, as I'm on crutches, wine/beer etc are out-- which has also added to my 'diet'
