TCF Bank in Minnesota talked about all the Totally Free checking for years but finally someone challenged them about the hidden fees....the bank was basically forced to make it "totally free" as advertised....
Why don't you do it..... Go see lawyers, be the lead case in a class action, get your 15 minutes, make lawyers rich....

Or do you just want to complain?
