So with all the advertising over the years by Delta and other airlines plus all their partners about "free" tickets but they still charge money (taxes, booking fees, now fuel surcharges)....why doesn't some law firm sue for misleading advertising. Or the BBB or Attorny General take actions...

TCF Bank in Minnesota talked about all the Totally Free checking for years but finally someone challenged them about the hidden fees....the bank was basically forced to make it "totally free" as advertised....
