this link (New: Check in online from outside the U.S.) is on the home page of the bomb but when you follow it, it brings up what looks like to me as the std olci page with only a cursory reference to int'l olci must be done 2 hrs prior on an int'l flight. it would be nice if someone can 'speriment from outside the u.s. to confirm-would be way nice if it does in fact let you olci from outside the u.s.
