Perhaps they will start using the 777-300ER on the longer routes when they retire the A345. It has respectable range.
The retirement of the A345 will depend on how the new all business configuration works on the EWR-SIN and SIN-LAX routes.
If this new model is profitable , you can bet those 5 A345s will stay around for a while since the retrofit is being done this year and will be complete in october .
