From a "google" search on the internet, Palomino Strip Club on Las Vegas Blvd, serves liquor and is totally nude--it seems they were "grandfathered" in after the law which didn't allow liquor and total nudity was passed.
Yes, I'm aware of the Palomino. It's the only one with full nudity & alcohol here. My understanding is that it's not a very good place as there isn't any real competition they have to keep up with.
