I arrived at NRT (F class) on 2/26 and a Concierge lady with the grey jacket greeted and assisted me. On 3/6, when I left NRT for BKK, there were no grey jackets. They told me that UA stopped the Concierge service as of 3/1. So, there was no more escort service at NRT and also no escorted quick through immigration at BKK. These services have never been a big deal to me but did UA save any money by eliminating these? They told me that at NRT nobody was laid off, just the uniform was taken away, but the job description remained almost the same.
