I was at the RCC in Narita a couple of weeks ago, and even that space is wonderful, probably one of the best. There are plasma TV's in the RCC lounge, right by where the snacks/drinks are. If you come in the main entrance, hang a left, pass the tables in the large open area, and you'll see them on the wall opposite the snacks. When I was there they were showing CNN and Sumo wrestling on two separate screens.
