NRT's RCC is by far the best I've been to - and the LHR's RCC is the second best (only because LHR's RCC has free internet access and the infamous all you can drink Bloody Mary's). I went to NRT's RCC about six months ago and the beer machine was there back then - along with sushi and pastries (the sushis came at 11:00 AM). No fancy sushis - just your typical $1.99 sushi found in 7-11's (or ¥199?). I don't recall any internet access.. possibly attributable to the very frequent use of the beer machine.

I have gone to NRT's RCC a few times - it has two stories and the machine's in the bottom floor. I'm not sure if there's one upstairs, but overall, it's a terrific RCC. The machine did take a while to pour my beer, but I was impressed.
