I'd imagine there will be a seat lottery to start with, but as L'Avion is Business Class only, and EC concluded that Business-only won't work, they will have to reconfigure sooner rather than later.

My guess would be an increase in EC service ORY-JFK-ORY to twice daily, with one ex-AO plane being converted, then the other.
