Maybe MCR locks the acct.s that were opened from the same IP addy &or those that get codes entered consistently from the same IP addy(s) over a long time.
Still it makes me wonder about family members or roommates who each have an MCR acct. & share the same computer at home! Perhaps they will be required to prove that a real person exists for each name/acct.??
maybe so but i am guessing that would cause more problems than it would solve. based on what i have done, this is not what they are doing
