Yes, that's correct. The early morning 757-200 departure back to JFK is double-catered because AA does not have a catering arrangement at BDA. Everything is shelf-stable (perhaps even the milk is UHT, or perhaps an AAgent runs and picks up some milk from an airport concessionaire for delivery to the plane, as used to happen with the morning omelets at SAN).
