I received it and signed up. I have had some very long waits at IAH on occasion. (and I sometimes fly into Dulles where there can be long lines as well and while there is little wait when I travel on a Government Official passport the tourist passport lines can be long).

For me it is worth it,... and I will try and expense it anyway
Having a US government clearance already I hope the interview goes quickly. I'll post about the interview process post haste.

The funny part of the government website is that it lists New York JFk, washington Dulles, and George Bush Intercontinental with the word "Houston" nowhere to be seen.
