Almost all domestic fares are upgradeable with miles - select the Miles - EMUHQVKWSTL. I usually just look for the cheapest fare rather than delimit the search with the drop-down. The Y/B and M/H fares are for international upgrades. Many (but not all) Y/B fares are eligible for a complimentary upgrade, using no miles.
