This alliance stuff is bunk.
In order to change a flight from 1:00pm to 3pm one must call the "issuing "carrier. I will be happy when OW goes to on line purchacing... but maybe that will be limited to 14 segments.. tisk, tisk
As for " re issue": It may be worth it but I am only 10 days out from the first sector.
