The seats in Premiere *are* completely horizontal flat, in a herringbone arrangement (think AC international J cabin) on the 777-300ER's (77w). (and the A332's)

I got a chance to fly BOM-SIN on 9w's 2-class A332, and it was fantastic!

However, since they are not *A, not doing too many international sectors on 9w...
