Hey Joey, to answer some of your questions the 6:30am 777 won't have the PTV's. It coems from HNL as flight 54 and will have a F/E+/E- cabin. As for getting E+, don't give that idea up to quick, you can always ask at the gate and if the cabin doesn't fill up with Premier members they will toss you in. All the other flights are the same as USAir in terms of comfort and entertainment as I am sure you are familar with their A320/757 cabins. The only thing I did notice is your ORD-ROC flight is fairly full, if you don't have a seat on that flight by now it probally wont happen until the gate assigns you one at ORD.
