The two wives situation was corny though fun, but the relevance to this thread was also the more funny subplot involving Rita (Arliss' secretary) discovering he had a zillion miles in his FF account and her exploiting the situation for a dream vacation on the deceased jockey. Only an FTer could really appreciate it.
