1. It is at the discretion of the hotel to determine if they'll give you the breakfast on the second night since the voucher clearly states it is for accommodation only. Some properties do, most don't.

2. Yes, normal points stays have no penalty for cancellation (within normal cancellation limits for the property), nor seem to the Point Break ones even though the T&Cs say the first night is forfeited.
