I have a couple of questions.

1. When using a BOGO voucher, could I use it on best flexible with breakfast rate? Or would they still charge us the breakfast on the 2nd day? We are looking at booking IC Montreal. The Sat night is $239, and the Sunday night is $279. From what I read, we should pay just the first night, i.e. $239. What can one do if they try to charge the nightly average rate or even the higher rate night?

2. When booking a normal points stay, I assume you can always cancel a reservation, and get your full points back - is that true?
